Answer: When the Lord Jesus said on the cross “It is finished,” really what was He referring to? Did He mean that the work of redemption was finished, or did He mean that God’s work of fully saving mankind was finished? Could the people of the time really know? It can be said that no one knew. All the Lord Jesus said were the words: “It is finished.” He did not say that God’s work of saving mankind was finished. Humans cannot ever truly understand what the Lord Jesus referred to when He said, “It is finished.” Why would anyone dare to explain the words of the Lord according to his own ideas? Why dare arbitrarily to interpret this phrase “it is finished?” This is none other than randomly putting one’s own human ideas upon the words of the Lord Jesus. Consider this, everyone, if the Lord Jesus saying “It is finished,” indicates that God’s work of saving all mankind is thoroughly complete, then why did the Lord prophesy, saying, “I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come” (Jhn 16:12-13). How do you understand this? Also, as recorded in the Gospel of John, Chapter 12, Verses 47-48, the Lord Jesus said: “And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejects me, and receives not my words, has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.” The words of the Lord Jesus tell us clearly that the Lord will return to express truth and to do judgment work. There is also the Bible prophecy: “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God” (1Pe 4:17). According to what the pastor and elder say, if the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus completed all of the work of saving the human race, then how would the prophecy of the Lord Jesus, “However, when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth,” how would these words come true? Wouldn’t the Lord Jesus’ prophecy that He would return to express truth and do judgment work fall through? Therefore, what the pastor and elder say clearly does not tally with the Lord Jesus’ words, and does not tally with the reality of God’s work. We should all know that what the Lord Jesus did was the work of redeeming the human race. All we must do is accept the Lord Jesus, confess and repent before Him, and our sins will be pardoned. Then we are qualified to pray to the Lord, and can enjoy the grace that the Lord bestows. Regardless of the sin, we will no longer be condemned by law. This is the outcome of the Lord Jesus’ work of redemption. This is the true meaning of the phrase “salvation by faith” that we often say. From the outcome achieved by the work of the Lord Jesus we see even greater verification that the Lord Jesus’ work was solely that of redemption. By no means was it the work of judging, purifying, and perfecting people of the last days. Though our belief in the Lord Jesus pardons our sins, and we no longer commit obvious sins, and behave quite well, yet we have not thoroughly separated ourselves from sin and become pure, and been fully saved, have we? Do we still frequently tell lies and commit sins? Do we still act greedily and have wicked thoughts? Do we still envy others, and hate others? Are our hearts full of arrogance and trickery? Do we still mimic worldly trends, cling to wealth, and covet glory? Some people, when caught or persecuted by the Chinese Communist government, even blame God. They even provide written statements in which they deny God, and betray God. Especially concerning the expression of truth and judgment work of Almighty God during the last days, people cast judgment upon and condemn God’s work based on their own notions and fancies. Isn’t this true? In our belief in the Lord, therefore, we gain only pardon of sins. But within us remains Satan’s nature and Satan’s disposition. This is the source of our sinning and resisting God. If our inner sinful nature is not resolved, then we will resist God, betray God, and consider God an enemy. Would you say that such a person is qualified to enter the kingdom of heaven? It should be clear by now that in saying “It is finished,” the Lord Jesus meant only that God’s work of redemption was complete. Most certainly, He was not saying that all of the work of saving the human race was complete. Almighty God incarnate of the last days came to express all truth, and to do the work of judgment starting from God’s house. This coming is to thoroughly make people pure, and to fully save them, to resolve the foundational problem of sin inside people, to allow people to be free from sin and attain purity, to achieve full salvation and enter God’s kingdom. let us read a few more passages of Almighty God’s words, so that all of us can understand more clearly.
Almighty God is the returned Lord Jesus. Wise virgins are in the Church of Almighty God, and enjoying the feast with the Lord.

Question 3: During church meetings, the pastor and elder frequently say that the Lord Jesus saying on the cross “It is finished” proves that the work of saving mankind was finished, that simply by believing in the Lord Jesus and confessing our sins before Him, we are forgiven of sin, and the Lord would no longer see us as sinners. We are justified by faith alone, saved by grace. The Lord will receive us into the kingdom of heaven when He returns, and will not possibly return to do further work of saving mankind. I feel that this understanding by the pastor and elder is not acceptable. Yet, ultimately what was the Lord Jesus referring to, when He said on the cross, “It is finished”? Why does God need to come back in the last days to express truth, and do the work of judging and purifying man?
Wednesday, February 27, 2019
Question 1: You bear witness that the Lord Jesus has returned as none other than Almighty God who has expressed the truth in doing judgment work in the last days. How could it be possible? The Lord will actually come to bring us into the kingdom of heaven, how could He leave us behind to do judgment work in the last days? I think by believing in the Lord Jesus and receiving the Holy Spirit’s work, we have already been experiencing God's judgment work. There is proof in the Lord Jesus’ word: “if I go not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment” (Jhn 16:7-8). We think that after the Lord Jesus resurrected and ascended to heaven, at Pentecost the Holy Spirit descended to work on people. That had already made people blame themselves for their sins, for righteousness and judgment. When we confess and repent before the Lord, we are actually experiencing the judgment of the Lord. the work of the Lord Jesus was redemption work, after the Lord Jesus ascended to heaven, the work done by the Holy Spirit who descended at Pentecost should be the judgment work of God in the last days. Had it not been the judgment work, how could it be “he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment”? Besides, as believers of the Lord, we are often touched, reprimanded and disciplined by the Holy Spirit. So, in front of the Lord, we are always crying and repenting to the Lord. The many good behaviors engendered are how we have been transformed by our faith in the Lord. Is it not the result of experiencing God's judgment? The judgment work of Almighty God in the last days that you talk about, how does it differ from the work of the Lord Jesus?
Answer: Since you recognize what the Lord Jesus did was the work of redemption, and the way He brought is “Repent you: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Mat 4:17). then what did you base upon to determine that the Holy Spirit came at Pentecost to do the work of judgment in the last days? You only based on the Lord Jesus’ word that said, “for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment” (Jhn 16:7-8). You dare to be certain that the work done by the Holy Spirit was the judgment work in the last days, is there any basis according to God’s word? The Lord Jesus had never said that. The Lord Jesus said explicitly, “And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejects me, and receives not my words, has one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day” (Jhn 12:47-48). The Lord Jesus made it very clear that what He did was not judgment work. The Lord Jesus will only express the truth to do the judgment work when He returns in the last days. To be sure, it is wrong for some people to refer to the work of the Holy Spirit in the Age of Grace as the judgment work of God. Of course, when we confess our sins and repent before the Lord, we must have the moving and work of the Holy Spirit to receive the grace of God, to enjoy peace and joy. But when someone repents to the Lord, breaks down in tears, it only means that he is moved by the Holy Spirit. The achieved effect is to make man confess and repent and qualify to enjoy the grace of God. It is not the effects achieved by the judgment of God in the last days—to be cleansed and made perfect. The work of the Holy Spirit in the Age of Grace is different from the work of the Holy Spirit in the last days. This is directly related to the effect and purpose God intends to achieve in every stage of His work. Let us hear two passages of Almighty God’s word and we will understand what judgment is.

Question 8: For 2,000 years, the religious world has upheld the belief that “the Bible is given by inspiration of God, that it is all God's word”, so the Bible represents the Lord. Those who deny that the Bible is given by inspiration of God and is His word will definitely be condemned and labeled as heretics by the religious world. Is my understanding of this wrong?
Answer: Many people of the religious world believe all the Bible is given by inspiration of God, and is all the word of God. This is clearly a faulty notion! All the epistles and the experiences and testimonies of the apostles contained within the Bible clearly state the author. The Bible is clearly written by people of different ages. How could their testimonies of experience be construed as the word of God? If we go by the religious world’s thinking, the writers of the Bible clearly are all men, but somehow their words become the words of God. What kind of logic is this? The essence of God and that of man are fundamentally different, only God can speak God’s word. And man can only speak human word. If we insist that the word of man is actually God’s word, so let me ask, were all the authors of the Bible God? Who can bear witness to that? Did they claim that they were God? Did they claim that all their words were given by inspiration of God? What do you say to this question? If you claim they were all God, this is in clear contradiction to the facts, because there is only one God. Also, clearly they’re all men, but you insist that they are actually God. This is blasphemous toward God! This is a deadly sin! If you accept that they are all men, but still maintain that their words are all the words of God, this is a distortion of the facts and a misrepresentation. This amounts to opposition to God and blasphemy of Him! Because, within the Bible, apart from Moses and the prophets, none of the other authors were instructed by God to convey God’s word. They also never claimed to have the inspiration of God in their writing. If one has no such evidence but claims that these men were speaking the word of God, he’s just shamelessly spouting off nonsense. The authors of the Old and New Testaments were all men used by God. They, experienced the work of God at that time. They had some knowledge of God, and held some burden in their hearts. They set their experiences and testimonies to writing and spread them to the saints of the churches. This is fact. But there were some who felt that these experiences and testimonies was particularly edifying much higher than the testimonies and experiences of the common man, and as a result they mistakenly began to blindly follow and worship them, thinking that their words must have issued from God, because the average person would be incapable of writing such things, so these fallacies and false notions came into being, and these fallacies and false notions spread far and wide and were adopted by many people. In the end, they became conceptions of religious people. The damage caused by all this is nearly inestimable. If Almighty God had not come, who would have realized all this? Despite the fact that many say that all things should be in accord with the Bible and the word of God, no one actually tries to discern all this according to God’s words, and, even more so, no one tries to seek the truth and scrutinize the facts with regard to this issue.

The Consequence and the Outcome of Rejecting God’s Work of Judgment in the Last Days
All people who have experienced God’s last days work can clearly see that only when deeply corrupted mankind experiences God’s judgment and chastisement will they be able to attain true knowledge of God’s righteous disposition, and obtain changes in life disposition. Only in this way can mankind follow the will of the heavenly Father, exert all their effort for the utmost expansion of the kingdom gospel, and have a share in the adversities, kingdom and patience of Christ.

Knowing the Purpose and Significance of Each of the Three Stages of God’s Work
(1) The aim and significance of God’s work in the Age of Law
Relevant Words of God:
The work that Jehovah did upon the Israelites established among humanity God’s earthly place of origin, which was also the sacred place where He was present. He confined His work to the people of Israel. At first, He did not work outside of Israel; instead, He chose a people He found suitable in order to restrict the scope of His work.

What is the aim and the significance of God incarnating in China to work in the last days?
Every stage of God’s work is for the sake of all mankind, and is directed at the whole of mankind. Even though it is His work in the flesh, it is still directed at all mankind; He is the God of all mankind, and is the God of all created and non-created beings.

What exactly is someone who follows God’s will? And what is true testimony of faith in God?
Bible Verses for Reference:
“Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down on the ground, and worshipped, And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: Jehovah gave, and Jehovah has taken away; blessed be the name of Jehovah” (Job 1:20-21).

What is judgment?
Relevant Words of God:
The work of judgment is God’s own work, so it should naturally be done by God Himself; it cannot be done by man in His stead. Because judgment is the conquering of the human race through the truth, it is unquestionable that God still appears as the incarnate image to do this work among men. That is to say, in the last days, Christ shall use the truth to teach men around the earth and make all truths known to them. This is God’s work of judgment.

What is the essential difference between the work of God and the work of man?
Relevant Words of God:
The work of God Himself involves the work of all of mankind, and it also represents the work of the entire era. That is to say, God’s own work represents the movement and trend of all of the work of the Holy Spirit, whereas the work of the apostles follows God’s own work and does not lead the era, nor does it represent the working trend of the Holy Spirit in the entire era.

God’s work of judgment in the last days is done to purify, save and perfect man, and to make a group of overcomers.
Classic Words of God:
“The work of the last days is to separate all according to their kind, to conclude the management plan of God, for the time is near and the day of God has come. God brings all who have entered His kingdom, that is, all those who have been loyal to Him to the end, into the age of God Himself. However, until the coming of the age of God Himself, the work that God shall do is not to observe the deeds of man or to inquire into the life of man, but to judge his rebellion, for God shall purify all those who come before His throne.

Facing the new work God does in the last days, how should we seek to make sure that it is the true way?
The answer from God’s word:
“God and man cannot be spoken of as equals. His substance and His work are most unfathomable and incomprehensible to man. If God does not personally do His work and speak His words in the world of man, then man would never be able to understand the will of God, and so, even those who have devoted their entire life to God would be incapable of gaining His approval. Without God’s work, no matter how good man’s doing, it will count for nothing, for the thoughts of God shall always be higher than the thoughts of man, and the wisdom of God is unfathomable to man. And so I say that those who have ‘seen through’ God and His work are ineffectual, they are all arrogant and ignorant.

The Mystery of Godliness (4) - Only God Incarnate Can Do the Work of Judgment in the Last Days
The Mystery of Godliness (4) - Only God Incarnate Can Do the Work of Judgment in the Last Days
Introduction
The Eastern Lightning testifies that God has incarnated in the last days to do the work of judgment Himself. And yet God's work in the Age of Law was done by using Moses. So can't God's work of judgment in the last days be done in the same way, by using people? Why does God need to incarnate and do it Himself? Almighty God says, "The work of judgment is God's own work, so it must naturally be done by God Himself; it cannot be done by man in His stead. Because judgment is the conquering of man through the truth, it is unquestionable that God still appears as the incarnate image to do this work among men" (The Word Appears in the Flesh).

A Different Kind of Love
By Chengxin, Brazil
By a chance opportunity in 2011, I came to Brazil from China. When I had just arrived, my eyes were overflowing with fresh and new experiences, curiosity, and I had a beautiful feeling about the future. But after a short time, this fresh and new feeling was quickly replaced by the loneliness and pain of finding myself in a far-off foreign land. Every day I went back home all alone, ate by myself, looking at the walls around me every day without anyone even to talk to, and I felt especially lonely in my heart, often crying all alone.

I Am Following in the Footsteps of the Lamb
By Shen Ai, Singapore
When I was 18 years old my mother got ill, and so she started believing in the Lord Jesus. At the time, I knew the Lord Jesus’ name but didn’t understand anything about faith in the Lord. It was quite a coincidence that I later went to work for a company where most of the employees were Christians. Through interacting with them, I saw how they treated people with love and patience, and I came to believe that Christians were a pretty good bunch of people. During that period, there was a colleague who often told me the story about how the Lord Jesus was nailed to the cross in order to redeem mankind.

How does God dominate and administer the entire universe world?
How many creatures are there living and reproducing in the vast expanse of the universe, following the law of life over and over, adhering to one constant rule. Those who die take with them the stories of the living, and those who are living repeat the same tragic history of those who have died. And so mankind can’t help but ask itself: Why do we live? And why do we have to die? Who is in command of this world? And who created this mankind? Was mankind really created by Mother Nature? Is mankind really in control of its own fate? … Mankind does not know who is the Sovereign of all things in the universe, much less does he know the beginning and future of mankind.Mankind merely lives, perforce, amidst this law. None can escape it and none can change it, for among all things and in the heavens there is but One from everlasting to everlasting who holds sovereignty over everything. He is the One who has never been beheld by man, the One whom mankind has never known, in whose existence mankind has never believed, yet He is the One who breathed the breath into mankind’s ancestors and gave life to mankind.

What is knowing God exactly? Can an understanding of Bible knowledge and theological theory be considered as knowing God?
What does it mean to know God? It means that man knows God’s gamut of emotions, this is what knowing God is. You say that you have seen God, yet you do not understand God’s gamut of emotions, do not understand His disposition, and do not know His righteousness either. You have no understanding of His mercifulness, and do not know what He loathes. This cannot be called knowledge of God.

The Age of Kingdom: The Aim and Significance of God’s Work
Classic Words of God:
When Jesus came into the world of man, He brought the Age of Grace and ended the Age of Law. During the last days, God once more became flesh, and when He became flesh this time, He ended the Age of Grace and brought the Age of Kingdom. All those who accept the second incarnation of God will be led into the Age of Kingdom, and be able to personally accept the guidance of God. Though Jesus did much work among man, He only completed the redemption of all mankind and became man’s sin offering, and did not rid man of all his corrupt disposition. Fully saving man from the influence of Satan not only required Jesus to take on the sins of man as the sin offering, but also required God to do greater work to completely rid man of his disposition, which has been corrupted by Satan.

Are You a True Believer in God?
Perhaps
your journey of faith
in God has been more than one or two years, and perhaps in
your life over these years you have endured much hardship; or perhaps
you have not been subjected to hardship and instead have received
much grace. It may also be that you have experienced neither hardship
nor grace, but instead have lived a life most ordinary. Regardless,
you are still a follower of God, so let us fellowship about the
subject of following Him. However, I must remind all who read these
words that the word
of God is directed toward all those who acknowledge God and
all those who follow God, not toward all people at large, including
those that do not acknowledge God. If you believe that God is
speaking to the multitude, to all people in the world, then the word
of God will have no effect upon you. So, you should keep all the
words close to your heart, and do not place yourself outside the
scope of them. In any case, let us speak of what is happening in our
house.

This Is How I Welcomed the Lord
When I was six years old my mother believed in the Lord Jesus, and she would often bring me to church gatherings. I slowly became aware of the fact that man was created by God, that if we are in trouble we should pray to God and rely on God, and that we should thank God for everything. My mother told me: “God loves people, so long as we pray to God and entrust Him with what’s on our mind and truly rely on Him, then He will solve our problems and bestow us with bountiful grace. As long as we truly believe in the Lord then He will come in the future to receive us into the kingdom of heaven!”

What are the wise virgins? What are the foolish virgins?
Relevant Words of God:
In the past, people have made predictions of “five wise virgins, five foolish virgins”; although the prediction is not accurate, it is not entirely wrong, so I can give you some explanation. Five wise virgins and five foolish virgins certainly do not both represent the number of people, nor do they represent one type of people respectively. Five wise virgins mean the number of people, five foolish virgins represent one type of people, but these two things are not the firstborn sons, they represent creation.

Question 17: You bear witness that Almighty God is God of the last days appearing and working, and you say that your belief in Almighty God is seeking truth, and walking the correct path of life. From what I know, however, many of the people who believe in Almighty God are like those missionaries of Jesus, who for the purpose of spreading the gospel and bearing God's witness, did not hesitate to abandon family and career, and gave body and soul for God. Among them there are many young people who don't get married, all doing their duty in following Christ of the last days. What I am saying is all true, isn't it? Perhaps you are not aware that, because of you leaving family and work to spread the gospel and bear God’s witness, there are ever greater numbers of people who believe in God. If the whole human race turned toward God, who would still believe in the Communist Party, and follow the Communist Party? Precisely because of this, the government suppresses and arrests you. Can there be anything wrong with this? Mainly it is because you believe in God in this way that so many people have been arrested and sentenced to jail, and that so many people have to leave home and flee. So many husbands and wives have divorced, and so many children have no parents to love them. There are so many elders who have no one to care for them. By believing in God this way, you have caused your families to suffer such hardship. What are you trying to achieve? Could it be that this is the very correct path for human life of which you talk? Our traditional Chinese culture attaches most importance to filial piety. The saying goes: “Of all virtues filial piety is most important.” Confucius said: “While your parents are alive, don't travel far away.” Showing respect to parents is the foundation of human conduct. Believing in God, and following God the way that you do, unable to care for even the parents who gave you life and nurtured you, how can this be considered a correct path for human life? I often hear people say that believers are all good people. This is not false. But all of you believe in God, worship God, and venerate God as great. This has caused the Communist Party to burn with anger, and to be full of hatred. You do your duty to spread the gospel, yet you can’t even take care of your own families. How can this be considered good conduct? What do you say, could it be that even this does not show that you have taken a wrong path in belief in God? By spreading the gospel and bearing God’s witness in this way, aren’t you destroying the harmony and stability of society? I plead with you to not persist in error. You should return to society as soon as possible, reunite with your families, live normal lives, and take care of your families well. You should do your duties as children and as parents. Only this is the foundation for human conduct; only this is the most practical.
Answer: You repeat over and over again that we have gone the wrong way by leaving our families and careers to believe in God and do our duty to spread the gospel. What you say is wrong. As an atheist, can you explain clearly what the right course for human life really is? Can you see through to the origin of the darkness and evil in the world? Can you see why the human race lives in sin, and why it struggles in sin? Can it be that greed for enjoyment of sinful pleasures is happiness? Now God incarnate has come to save the human race from sin, and has led the human race into the light, leading them into a wonderful destination. This is great and wonderful news for a corrupt human race! We are all human beings who have been corrupted by Satan We all should accept the work of God, and accept all the truths that God expresses. Only in this way can we attain purity, receive salvation, and gain a wonderful destination. Only this is the right, proper, and correct path of human life. How can you say that this is going the wrong path? According to your point of view, the disciples of the Lord Jesus who left their homes and work to follow and bear witness for the Lord, can it be that they were going the wrong path? Those missionaries of the West who left their dear ones and native land to travel far across the sea to China devoted their life's energy to preaching and bearing witness for the salvation of the Lord Jesus, some of them even losing their lives for it, are you saying that they were ruthless? They were carrying out God’s will in order to help people attain God’s salvation. What they did were benevolent actions; it was the most righteous of all human causes, completely in keeping with God's will. The Lord Jesus said, “If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brothers, and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple” (Luk 14:26). “And he that takes not his cross, and follows after me, is not worthy of me” (Mat 10:38). Over the past two thousand years, countless Christians have left their families and work to comply with God's wishes, to spread God's gospel and bear God's witness. It is precisely their unrepentant efforts that has caused the salvation of the Lord Jesus to spread to all corners of the earth. Today the Lord Jesus has returned as Almighty God, and expresses truth to do the last-days judgment work to purify and save the human race. The Christians of The Church of Almighty God, in order to help more people have a chance to hear the words of God, to accept God's last-days purification and salvation, and to enter into the wonderful destination that God has prepared for the human race, have left behind their families and work, and do all they can to preach and bear witness for the appearance and work of Savior Christ of the last days. Could this be wrong? This is completely in accord with the Bible, and in accord with God's requirements!

Question 6: You communicate the Bible is the Bible, God is God. I understand that the Bible cannot represent God at all. But just what is the relationship between the Bible and God? I still don’t get it.
Answer: The Lord Jesus has explained this question very clearly. John 5:39-40: “Search the scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And you will not come to me, that you might have life.” The Lord Jesus explained the relationship between the Bible and God very clearly. The Bible is a testimony of God. The Bible itself does not have eternal life and cannot bestow life on man. Only Christ is the truth, the way, and the life. Therefore, only by accepting and following Christ and obeying the words and work of God of the last days, can we gain the truth and eternal life. Let’s take another look at how there are still many people in religious circles who still maintain that “Believing in the Lord is believing in the Bible, departing from the Bible means not believing in the Lord.” They even think that as long as they stick to the Bible they can be brought up into the kingdom of heaven. Isn’t this viewpoint too absurd? Actually, the Bible is just a history book, a record documenting God’s work. If people don’t understand this and keep holding on to the Bible, then let me ask: Can the Bible replace God’s work of the last days? Can the Bible replace Christ in expressing the truth? Can one really gain the truth and life by studying and sticking to the Bible? If people stubbornly hold on to the Scriptures like the Pharisees, does it prove that they follow and obey God? If people only hold on to the Bible but don’t accept or obey the work of Christ in the last days, then how can they gain the truth and life, achieve salvation, be perfected, and enter God’s kingdom? Let’s read a few more passages of Almighty God’s words and we’ll understand this aspect of the truth even more clearly!

Question 4: You have testified that the incarnate Almighty God has expressed millions of words and performed His work of judgment beginning from the house of God. This clearly exceeds the Bible. The pastors and leaders used to often tell us that all of God’s word and work is in the Bible. There is no word and work of God outside of the Bible. The salvation work of the Lord Jesus has already been completed. The Lord’s return in the last days will be to take believers directly up into the kingdom of heaven. So all along, we’ve believed that belief in the Lord must be based on the Bible. As long as we stick to the Bible we will be able to enter the kingdom of heaven and receive eternal life. Moving away from the Bible is leaving the Lord’s way. It’s resisting Him and betraying Him. What could be wrong with that?
Answer: In religion, all those who believe in the Lord think that all of God’s word and work is contained in the Bible. God’s salvation in the Bible is complete, and there is no word and work of God outside of the Bible. Belief in the Lord is to be based on the Bible and sticking to the Bible. As long as we don’t leave the Bible, when the Lord comes we will be taken up into the kingdom of heaven. Such a viewpoint might conform with people’s notions and imaginations, but is it based on the words of the Lord Jesus? Can you guarantee it conforms with the truth? The Lord Jesus has never said that God’s word and work are all recorded in the Bible, that there is no word and work of God outside of the Bible. This is true. People who understand the Bible all know that the Bible was put together by mankind many years after God’s work. God’s work came first, and then the Bible. In other words, every time God completed a stage of His work, those who experienced God’s work would record down God’s word and work from that time, and these records were compiled by people into the Bible. When we think about it, how could the work God has not yet done be compiled into the Bible in advance? God’s judgment work of the last days, in particular, could not possibly have been recorded in the Bible. The New and Old Testaments have been part of the Bible for nearly 2000 years. Almighty God has only just started His judgment work of the last days. Therefore, the word and work of God in the last days could not possibly have been recorded in the Bible thousands of years ago. Isn’t that a fact? In the last days, Almighty God has performed the work of judgment beginning from the house of God, expressing several million words. These words are all truths that purify and save mankind, and are the way to eternal life brought by Christ of the last days. They have already been compiled into the Bible of the Age of Kingdom. This is the book, “The Word Appears in the Flesh.” Though the truths expressed by Almighty God were not recorded in the Bible in advance, they have completely fulfilled the Lord Jesus’ prophecies. “I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth …” (Jhn 16:12-13). “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches” (Rev 2:17). The truth expressed by Almighty God has completely verified that Almighty God is the embodiment of the Spirit of truth. He is the incarnate God. All words expressed by Almighty God, that is, the expressions of the Spirit of truth in the last days, are words from the Holy Spirit to the churches. Do we dare say these are not the words of God? Do we still dare deny this? If we see the reality of God’s speaking and working in the last days, would we still say all of God’s words are recorded in the Bible and that there is no word and work of God outside of the Bible? We don’t understand the inside story of how the Bible was formed. We don’t know the fact that the Bible was formed only after God completed each stage of His work, and yet we arbitrarily conclude and determine that there is no word and work of God outside of the Bible. Aren’t we quite arbitrary and absurd? If we do not understand how the Bible was formed and its inside story, it can be very easy to deviate on the path to believing in God. In fact, during the two stages of God’s work in the Age of Law and the Age of Grace, all of the words expressed by God were not completely recorded in the Bible. For instance, in the Age of Law, there were some prophets whose prophecies were not recorded in the Bible. In the Age of Grace, there were even more words spoken by the Lord Jesus. But the words recorded in the Bible are too limited. Just think. The Lord Jesus preached on earth for three-and-a-half years. How many words would He have spoken each day? How many words would He have spoken each sermon? There were way too many sermons and words spoken by the Lord Jesus in those three-and-a-half years. There is no way anyone would be able to calculate it. Just as John the Apostle said: “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written” (Jhn 21:25). Let’s now look at the Four New Testament Gospels. The words of the Lord Jesus recorded in these are too limited! It’s only the tip of the iceberg! If the Lord Jesus had only said those few words in the Four Gospels during those three-and-a-half years, how would He have been able to conquer the people who followed Him at the time? How would the work of the Lord Jesus have been able to shake up all of Judea? Therefore, it is certain that the words of God recorded in the Bible contain only a very limited portion, certainly not all the words spoken by God during His work. This is a fact nobody can deny! We all know that God is the Lord of creation, the source of mankind’s life, the wellspring of living water that never runs dry. God’s richness is inexhaustible in supply and always available for use, whereas the Bible is merely a record of the first two stages of God’s work. The amount of God’s word that is recorded is far too limited. It’s like a drop in the sea of God’s life. How could we delimit God’s word and work to just the Bible? It’s as though God could only say those limited words in the Bible. Isn’t this delimiting, belittling and blaspheming God? Therefore, to delimit all of God’s word and work to the Bible and to think that there is no word and work of God outside of the Bible is a major mistake!

Do Those Who Believe in Almighty God Preach the Gospel for Money?
By Wang Li, China
Since I was small, I believed in Jesus along with my parents. After I got married, I went with my husband to Shanghai where we opened a factory. In 1991, we set up a meeting place in our factory and, at that time, more than 30 people attended meetings there. Everyone would sing hymns, pray and read the Bible together. The brothers and sisters all showed each other love, supported each other, and we all felt great enjoyment at our gatherings. Preachers from my home town came twice a year to give us sermons, and we gained sustenance from these visits. By 1997, the church was gradually becoming desolate and no one got any enjoyment from our meetings anymore. The preachers were not preaching any new light, and a few of them were vying amongst each other for power and profit, and they had begun to attack each other, and no one listened to anyone else. Disputes also began to break out among the brothers and sisters. Because their spirits were not being provided for, the faith of some of the brothers and sisters began to cool, and some even turned away and stopped believing in God, and in the end only between 10 and 20 of us were left. After 2000 in particular, the situation at our meeting place just got worse and worse. The preachers only ever said the same stale old words, the sermons were tedious, and brothers and sisters became even more dispirited and weak, with nowhere to turn to. My mind was also becoming occupied by more and more things, and my faith was nowhere near as strong as it had been. On October 1st, 2001, a brother came to my home and preached to me Almighty God’s gospel of the last days. He spoke to me for two whole days, talking about things from the Age of Law to the Age of Grace, and from the Age of Grace to the Age of Kingdom, and using a great many prophecies from the Bible and the facts of their fulfillment to clarify that God had indeed become flesh and had now come to perform His work of judgment beginning in God’s house. He also told me that God will save man utterly from the domain of Satan and will lead man into their beautiful destination. I had never before heard such a good sermon, and it did me a lot of good. It was as though a bright light had been lit in my heart. Never in my wildest dreams had I imagined that Jesus the Savior, whom I had longed for day and night, could really have returned already, and I had no way to express the joy I felt.

Question 2: Paul made it very clear in (2Ti 3:16) “the entire Bible is inspired by God”, so that all words in the Bible are God's words, and that the Bible represents God, We are going by Paul's words. How can this be wrong?
Answer: Many people in religious circles believe that the Bible is inspired by God. They believe what Paul said about this. But no one investigates whether Paul had any basis for this statement. They have such a view all because they worship Paul too much and have too much blind faith in Paul. Has anyone considered whether Paul’s statement conforms with God’s word? Is it supported by the words of the Lord Jesus? Are there words of the Holy Spirit as proof? People use Paul’s words to blindly conclude that the Bible is entirely inspired by God. Does this conform with the Lord’s word, conform with the truth? If this statement by Paul is corroborated by the words of the Lord Jesus or the Holy Spirit, then we should accept and obey that, which is completely in line with the Lord’s intentions. But we all know very clearly that Paul used to resist God and oppose the Lord Jesus. It’s a recognized fact that he was the ringleader of the opposition against the Lord Jesus’ work. Even though the Lord Jesus chose Paul as an apostle to spread the gospel, Paul is still a created creature. Therefore, his words are undoubtedly all the words of a man. The Lord Jesus is God, while all of the Lord Jesus’ apostles and disciples are men. The apostles and disciples of the Lord Jesus cannot be compared to the Lord Jesus Himself. If they are not supported by the words of the Lord Jesus or the Holy Spirit, then no matter what man says, we cannot accept them blindly. Otherwise the consequences will be unimaginable. Thinking back to the time when the Pharisees resisted and condemned the Lord Jesus, many people rejected the Lord Jesus because they followed the Pharisees. They were eliminated and condemned precisely because they resisted the Lord Jesus. Have we not absorbed these lessons? Actually, in the Bible, only the words of Jehovah God, the words spoken by the Lord Jesus, the words of the Holy Spirit, the words of God conveyed by the prophets, and the prophecies in the Book of Revelation, are God’s word. Apart from that, it’s all the records and letters of man. These all count as testimonies of God’s work and have a need to be recorded in the Bible, but we must not treat man’s words as the word of God. Man’s words are man’s words, and only God’s words are truly the word of God. If we insist that the words of man and Satan in the Bible are the word of God, then that’s slandering and blaspheming God! Therefore, the saying that “All scripture is inspired by God and is all the word of God”, does not conform with the facts.
